Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival without penalty.

Within 14 days, the guest is charged for the full reservation unless the room is re-rented
Dog Policy

Pet fee: $35

One 55 lb dog per room

Guests must let us know in advance if bringing a dog.

We reserve the right to refuse any dog on premises.

Note: 2 dogs live on the premises.
Breakfast

Breakfast is served daily at 8 am.

Room service is not available.
Island Explorer

Within walking distance at the village green and provides free transport around Acadia.
Parking & Transportation

Complimentary off-street parking is available for all guests.

One parking space per room is provided.

The Island Explorer Bus stops nearby and provides free transportation around MDI and Acadia
Quiet Hours & Guest Conduct

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Guests are expected to respect other guests and the property at all times.

We reserve the right to ask disruptive guests to leave without refund.
